Steve Shears is the former Training Manager for Headway UK, the brain injury association Headway Essex is affiliated with. He is an accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. He is a renowned Psychotherapist and Trainer in a whole range of brain injury and behavioural issues.
