The 13th Colchester Dogathon

Round Holland for Headway
Join the Headway team for a 6 day sponsored cycle ride in Holland.
You will cover 200 miles but it’s not all hard pedaling! You will have time for sightseeing and relaxation too. There will be opportunities to spend time with a bike expert before the trip and there will be a support team during it.You will stay in comfortable hostels.

Sony Ericsson “Run to the Beat” Half Marathon
This year’s Sony Ericsson “Run to the Beat” Half Marathon will be on Sunday 26th September. The course starts and finishes at the O2 Arena in London and takes the runners all the way around Greenwich.
To secure your guaranteed place with the Headway Essex Team we ask for your pledge to raise a minimum of £300 for Headway Essex.
All Headway Essex runners will receive a fundraising pack, training tips and our full support. Running vests or T-shirts will be provided when runners obtain a minimum of £100 in sponsorship pledges.

Headway Essex Silver Anniversary Masquerade Ball
“An Evening of Magic, Mystique and Music”
Sparkling reception & canapés, three course dinner and coffee. Entertainment, auction, raffle, music and dancing. Black tie/evening dress. Bring a mask!

The evening will commence at 7pm with a Sparkling Reception, followed by a 3 course Dinner with coffee, an Auction, Raffle and Dancing till 12.30am…… with some surprises!
